Drug testing Question

This may be the wrong place for this and if it is I am sorry but i just wanted to carifey(sp.) something. I have a physical on june 23 and i think that i will be drug tested as i have been in the past and if i smoke 1 time a week normally then i should stop around may 23 right? or do I have more time?

idk if they tell you your being drug tested or not but i just wanted to say peeing in a cup doesnt mean a drug test
