can be a problem if i water my plants when sun is on the sky ?

Are you asking if its a problem to water your plants during sunlight?

Of course not silly, you can water your plants what ever time you want, night is preferrable for the plants because they have more time to drink the water and not have it get evaporated by the suns heat.

Just my 2cents.
