The roach

Got some questions about the roach:

Whats the point of the roach?

I want to make my own, do i take it out after i roll or keep it in?

And while on the subject, I want to know what the purpose of burning the end of the roach before you smoke is all about. I only do that because everyone else does, but there's no explanation for it.

why even put one in there? eh? i mean, the only reason i think to have one would be to have somethin 2 hold on to, but that's what the end of the j is for anyway! haha

i think it stops it getting clogged up with resin

Ok it all depends on what you want to do with the roach. If you are goina smoke it out of a bong/pipe then leave the paper on. If you are goina reroll it then save a few up then get all the weed out.

p.s. iv never heard about burning the tip or w/e, sounds stupid.

Nah, im talking about the little piece of cardboard english people put at the end of there joint not the resinated short end of the jay.

I don't do the cardboard thing because I like to save the roaches. The point of it is to smoke all the weed so there is none leftover and to keep your fingers from getting burnt, I guess. Just throw the cardboard away after you done.

yea man....you dont need any structural support if you rolled it right....the end of the blunt shouldnt be clogged with useless papers and boards....roaches are like a little surprise after you've passed out.....kinda like "hey....remember me?"

No, you use that little piece of cardboard b/c if you don't have it, then there will always be some mj that you can't smoke without burning your fingers.. but if you use the roach, then you can smoke all the way to it, and smoke all the weed in your J.

Does it filter anything???? I keep reading about these where can you get them lol??? Im used to just smoking joints and collecting roaches and smokin em when im out or emptying into bong for later use lol.
