Looking healthy, altohugh the secondry growth isnt all that well developed, but that'll shoot up in preflowering.
To find out weather they are female/male you need to reduce the light to 12 light and 12 dark. If your growing outside then normally you'd just leave them to do it naturaly.
hey jay,
the next step in the maturity of yor plant with be "alternating nodes".
You notice how all your nodes are opposing or symetrical nodes.. As the plant matures the nodes will begin to alternate. That should happen very soon for you.
Lip is right. you can speed this process up a bit by changing the light cycle to 12/12. The plant needs 12 hours of un interrupted darkness.
Your plants are big enough now to flower them and begin the final stage of their lives.
You plants look very nice... if i were a betting man.. I would say they are male.. yikes.. sorry..
They seem very tall and stretched out... I was wrong once back in the early 90's... maybe I am wrong again..
Post more pics in 5-10 days... we need close up pictures of the NODES (where the branches come out of the main stalk)

How old are they Jay?
Jay there fine :)
Skunk no1 is a long time favourite of mine and I have grown it many times.
Ok love, you won't know if they are boys or girls untill they start to flower, and that won't happen untill the hours of day light reduce enough for that to happen.
I don't know where you live but here in England that doesn't occur untill around the end of August begining of September.
love mand xxx :)
I also thought that, but my mate started 1 plant in october, grew it on his window sill though the winter, and then it preflowered, and was female, even though it was extremely streched. Now its 2 foot, vegging in my back garden gettting all the light it can lol :)Quote:

Are you feeding them?
Lack of nitrogen willl slow the growth.
They look like they could use some greening up.Maybe:thumbsup:
yes im adding a bit of Miracle Gro with the water every fortnight
Hello Jay :) , Don't worry about the slow growth, when June and July gets here there will be no stopping them ;)
I reckon you can expect to harvest them around the end of September begining of October.
One piece of advice I can give you is when near harvest time be vigilant for "bud rot" due to the weather at that time of year.
