paypal is as discreet as sending a cheque, use a prepaid credit card (you can get them at most banks, credit unions; just say its for a kid or present, or etc.) You dont even have to use your real name. Paypal gives names and addresses, (I have a 284 rating on ebay, so I know all about it. Plus most of the time paypal is linked to a real bank account, which belongs to you, not Mr. joe somebody). I cant vouch for online buying, but what ever happened to getting good seed from people in your community?

Paypal is tied so closely to the Gov't. There are horor stories of people who sell stuff such as lights, growing supplies, where Paypal freezes funds! They hold them for upto 6 months in their "Investigations".
If your sending your 'friend' money as a 'gift', then i'd say fine. If your doing transactions that can lead back to an illegal or even questionable activity... money order it, or do what 4x5 suggests... prepaid credit card, and stay away from paypal.
In general Paypal is a nazified organization. You either play by their rules, which they can change at any time, or take your chances.
put your paranoia to rest, just go to any Post Office for an International Money Order, and leave it blank, ... the recipient will fill in the blanks, themselves ... now, can it get any simpler ?? ... :smokin:
