I'm planning an outside grow. Please overlook/criticize.

I'm planning in outdoor grow, I want to get my ladies in the ground beginning of June. I'm planning on buying seeds from nirvana because of the price which I know is a bad thing to go on, but it's my first grow.
Any recommendations on a high yeilding strain that doesnt need a super long time from plant to harvest?
I'm planning on planting 20-30 seeds.
I plan on sprouting the seeds using the paper towel method, and then planting them outdoors. I'm going to mix up the soil, and add my own mix of pearlite and potting soil. Should I start it with soil with fertilizer in it or no? I dont want to burn the seedlings.
Watering obviously isn't necessary since I live in FL, but if theres a period of time with no rain I will go out and water it. I plan on keeping up on it 2-3 times a month.
When should I start giving it nutrients, and when do I know it's flowering time and bump up the nutes?

EDIT: And sadly, the only credit card I have is cosigned by my grandmother, so are there any seedbanks that deal through paypal so "weed seeds" doesnt show up on the bill in case she gets to it first?
