Can you smoke pot to deal with the side effects of chemo even if you're on chemo for LUNG cancer?

i hear pot starves cancer cells (don't flame me if it doesn't), so i guess it couldn't make it worse, but DON'T try and quote me on this, cause it could probably just be propaganda

No, its very much true. Cannabis controls cell division so it can stop the cancer spreading and keep it under control.
