Transplant, help please

alright so i germinated my seeds and made a mistake by putting them all in one pot to go grow bigger and then transplant them before they got too big. Well I had to leave town for about a week and i came back and rememberd about my crop and how all 9 plants can't live in one big pot. I have to transplant them quickly beofre the root system gets too big, and i wanted to know the best way to do this and not totalyy disturb/kill my plants. Btw, there is about 6 inches in between each plant which makes it hard. Thanks
