somebody help budding problems?

hello everybody i have an outdoor plant in southern michigan.it just started to bud about 3 weeks ago and now the buds are about the size of a dime and the tips on some of the pistols are starting to turn brown already,even the new developing pistols are coming out brown,i have cut the watering of the plant in half since it has started budding and i only water the roots.the plant is 42 inches tall and was growing very well.can anybody help me with this one id be very gratefull thank you,also i was wondering i know i should let it grow and i am going to let it finish but could i get high off of buds that small?

You could get high off of those, the only thing is there isnt much of them which is the biggest problem I would see. Since it is only 3 weeks into it there is still a good amount of time left that they can flower and maybe they will start growing faster. Good luck on your plants.

If it is still growing defnitly let it go, pistol color changes like crazy from strain to strain and that shouldn't be your only resource of nowing when to harvest.
