Passed two home test, should I still take the detox pills I have?

I passed two home tests this weekend (50ng or whatever). I already bought some Naturally Klean pills, which came recommended from 4 different people who have used them and passed. So now I am wondering if I should take those pills just to be safe in case the test is more sensative than the home test.

Also, Im kind of surprised I dont see anything on this board about these Naturally Klean pills. A buddy of mine said he used them 3 days after he smoked and passed with flying colors. You can get them at most vitamin stores (Vitamin Cottage).
