Help Me Identify My Strain!!

I acquired this plant and am unaware of the strain. Based on my pics can anyone tell what strain it is? It's approximately 2 months old.

you can never be sure, but I think its safe to say its either a straight sativa, or a sativa-dominant strain ... I don't see much, if any, indica influence there ... nice and healthy looking ... :smokin:

Sativa dominant hybrid.

The plant branched heavily, and then there's the slight stretch at the internodes [ normal ] -- although a hint of indica growth pattern in the overall shape of the plant.

But what gives it away are the leaves; long, not too slender [ Indica have fat leaves ], and the overall color. Pure Indica varieties have a much darker color as they have more chloroplasts [ and chlorophyll ], whereas Sativas have less which is visually present as a generally lighter shade of green to the plant.

Maybe I'll get a better idea of which type of sativa it is once it starts flowering. Which brings me to my next question. Kind of off topic of strains, but maybe you can help. I know we are in summer solstice which equates to more sunshine per day. Will this keep my plant in vegetative state until it starts receiving less sunlight and gets closer to the 12/12 cycle?

I've made several posts but the answer has not seemed to be concrete as a yes or no.

Of course it'll stay in vegetative state.

Until the night hours are at a minimum of twelve hours, then the plant will begin it's flowering state. Although, it will take some time to respond and fully flower. I think that's due to the fact just about every landrace sativa is within the equatorial region, and that area typically doesn't see a great fluctuation in night and day hours like the deeper Northern and Southern hemisphere areas do.

How about if I take it inside after it gets 12 hours of sunlight every day? Would that work?

Well I checked the sunrise and sunsets on the weather site and in my area there is sunlight for 13 hours each day. Is this close enough to allow my plant to start flowering or should I bring her an hour or so before sunset?

best thign to do it bring it in a room with the windows covered and no light penatration of anykind, 13 hours i don't think woudl be good enough i mean they don't go by close to it they go by what it is, but if you want bring it in and use artificial light then you can control the light directly
