Why is tobacco smoke so much harsher than weed smoke? Tobacco smoke hurts my lungs, but weed smoke does not.

okay. first of all dont hold in your tobacco smoke for more than a second...it completely coats your lungs. and the reason is because of the chemicals that are in the cigarettes, homerolled tobacco cigs are much less harsh.

I usually smoke my weed with rolling baccy(not cigs too harsh) but the other day I had none so I made a weed only joint and it made me cough,I never cough after smoking on a joint.

I always found weed smoke harsher? (apart from bongs)... ,mybe its just me lol.

The simple answer is, cannabis is good for you, and tobacco kills you. Tobacco is EVIL. Cannabis is the angel. Tobacco is also an angel, THE ANGEL OF DEATH!

I'm the same way, when I smoke A cig my lungs feel like there gunan burst, but all my friends say cannabis is way harsher, I can smoke all the pot I want and not cough once.

I know what you mean, Weed smoke is so nice and smooth. I like to mix a bit of baccy in though for the burn.

Ive had a 12.5g pack that lasted me ages.

I smoked bud daily for about 3 months, so my lungs were very used to the smoke. Never smoked cigs, but i took a drag off my friend's one day when we had no weed, and damn that shit hurts.
