It really depends on your situation. But for me, a bubbler.
It might be just cause I am really drunk but isnt an ebb and flow pretty much the same as a bubbler system or am I just thinking out of it or something?
no a bubbler system is where the roots are constently sitting in water, and they have a air pump blowing bubbles to keep them oxegenated. And a ebb and flow is where u have a seperate water tank and pods (pots) and u have timers that flood and drain the system on a cycle.
Oh that is right. I could think of a bubbler but not the ebb and for some reason I thought the same thing. Thanks for helping me remember.
i see a really nice ebb and flow system here: http://www.hydroponicsonline.com/11plan01.htm
any one can build this thing in a short time, but i have no idea how strong the water pump should be. Can any one tell me how strong in gph (gallons per hour) a water pump should be for this system? How strong is your water pump? (if you use an ebb and flow that uses a pump).
a Rio 600 will work....bonbon http://www.altgarden.com/site/pumps/page1.html
nice...
I found a new 200 gph pump in ebay for 10 bucks! what a deal!!
I have the mothers in a bucket set up.
the clones in an aeroponic set up.
The harvesting plants in a ebb and flo set up.
They all work great. The aeroponic system works the best. My next change over will be to add the areoponic jets to the ebb and flo set up and remove the flood pipe.
Aeroponics seems to produce faster growth IMO.
Basically, they all work good once you get the hang of it, just remember it is a weed lol.
best advice I ever got was to READ, then read some more, then some more.
I also add a little hydrogen peroxide to my tanks, it works wonders.
