No - you are wasting your time drinking the water. The only way that MAY work is to dilute your urine sample on the day. THC is not soluble in water...drinking alot won't make any difference.
There are plenty of guides on this forum on how to dilute your sample but even that is no sure way to pass as they will know you have done that unless you take the right precautions. Fat burning exercise is the best way to accelerate the bodies natural detox process. Failing that get some Quick Fix 4.
I heard that green tea is a natural detox what if i drunk like a glass of it in the morning afternoon and night plus exercise.
It will help to some degree...as long as you are doing the exercise to flush the THC out of your fat cells back into your blood and urine stream. I have been taking green tea caps (about 4 a day) for a week, as well as a hard 20-30 minutes on a treadmill every morning. I have been drinking cranberry, water, taking niacin, B-12 and trimspa to increase metabolic rate. Improved diet too. I have been keeping very busy (e.g. 3 hours of hot, sweaty yard work including walking 3 miles behind a lawn mower yesterday in hot weather...yeah I have a big yard) and haven't smoked in over 2 weeks. I'm 6'2" 186 lbs (was 195 a week ago) and I stilled failed a home test this morning after many years of continuous moderate daily consumption.Quote:

My personal belief is the only two things that will have any affect are exercise and time.
yes i think it will work as long as u do some excercise with it...atleast workout once a day for like 15-30 mins to get sweating....just drink alot of water....weed may not be water soluable but the water will work as a flushing system to get the thc out .....
i also had 2 weeks to get it out of my system from smokin for a year or 2....well all i did was drink plenty of water and exercise.....drink so much water that u start peeing every 5 mins....dont drink alot just keep going and "try" to pee to see if it will come out...dont drown urself by too much water.....also go to wal greens and get a kit called detox 7 days...it will clean ur system out in 7 days its a pill system....i used it and it helped along with the other steps
