Mutant Plants? Help?

I have two plants that just keep growing with no sight of a cola forming. One is 7 feet tall! What's up with these things? The plant on the right is one of my "Crazy Mutant Ladies." I put in a medium photo hoping someone will know what's going on.... Anyone know what's going on? BTW - They are all the same strain...

dude dont worry about it those plants are not meant for in door but if u have the hieght u can do it keep in mind they can get up to 20 feet
