Hey guys... this may sound pathetic but my bicep has literally been twitching for the last 3 days straight and it's starting to get pretty damn annoying.... I thought this shit would end, but it just keep on twitching... anybody know how to stop muscle twitches??? please, i've tried punching my arm it doesn't do shit...

I'd trust the opinon of a medical dotor over stoners on the internet. However, GABA from a place like GNC might work.
