i made myself sick ;/

i need to stop smoking pot before i goto bed.

i really really do.

every time i get the munchies and every time i eat WAY too much.. then i go right to sleep..and the next morning when i wake up, im sick.

this past time (today) was the worst.. and it was bad enough to make me say that im never eating after 9 again lmao. and im going to try to gain more control over myself during munchy time.. cant let those munchies take a hold.

now here i am. staying home from school sick. boy if my grandparents only knew WHY i was sick in the first place ;x

I know how you feel. I have a bad habit of smoking when I'm home at night, which leads up to sitting on the couch and watching TV. 2 things I should not be doing high unless I have company. So anyway, out the lights go.. burnout when I wake. However, a wake and bake usually clears that right up ;)

I try not to eat much, anyway, but the munchies are killer! Anytime I eat right before I sleep I wake up feeling like there are rocks in my stomach...it sucks.

HHmmm i never get the munchies whilst stoned lol....

Eating just before bed makes you put on weight like it was going out of fashion.

munchies are one thing,,but i have noticed sometimes when i really have the munchies i am really just being nuerotic , like when people have to smoke a cig.......or somethin......chemically in your brain if you are doing something obsessivelly SP? lol
past the point of muchies that you are just trying to stay high in a way because a cig. or a big big tub of ice cream are the same to your brain as weed in a way...A REWARD really....it stimulates the exazct same part of the brain.....thc...just is the best to me personally.....as i am sure you would all agree...

yeah that makes sense. i dont smoke cigs and i get the munchies really bad.. makes me almost want to smoke only after i get high to get rid of the munchies lol..but my friend does smoke after she gets high and she gets the munchies too.. only really when she gets stoned, though.. for me.. its anytime i get high.
