step by step

ive been lookin on the internet for growin guides, like at klozit king and erowid, that kinda thing and ive found a couple, but they seem to miss quite alot of actual growin help out, they just tell u how to get started. the thing is, ive never ever grown before and i dont even have a clue where to start, and i dont wanna fuck up, so when i finally get my set up and start growin, i wanna know exactly when to do what lol does anyone know of any detailed guides? i know i sound pretty lame, but im too high to care :D
