You're more likely to come across inactive pills than pills that will kill you. They get mixed with caffeine, laxatives, speed, MDA whatever else can be compressed into a pill.......
DXM in a pill can be fatal because DXM inhibits sweating and when you're on E your body cant regulate its temperature properly so thats a potentially fatal combination.

If you have a really really good realiable dealer who provides good mdma pills its still possible that he might get some shit dodgy pills isn't it because you cant tell the difference by looking at them.??????
