It's stories like these that make it hard for those who don't understand how important medical marijuana use can be for those who are ill.
Also, I can recall smoking very potent pot in the 70's, which was mostly homegrown, but readily available.

They are taking the medicinal purpose of marijuana out of the picture, so they can prepare us for the legalization for recreational uses.
