HELLO, APPROX. 2.5 MONTHS AGO I WAS HARRASSED BY LOCAL SHERIFFS, AND ARRESTED FOR POSESSION OF MARIJUANA. I DO HAVE MY DOCTORS RECOMMENDATION, I FOUND AN ATTORNEY NAMED CHRIS GLEW.SO FAR WE HAVE BEEN TO COURT TWICE AND THEY REFUSE TO DROP MY CASE, CONTINUING TO DENY MY RIGHTS! FUNNY ENOUGH I ONLY HAD LESS THAN A OUNCE, WHILE SB420 SAYS AT LEAST 6 OUNCES. I AM NOT BEING ACCUSED OF SALES, TRAFFICKING, UNDER THE INFLU. JUST POSESSION!!! I HAVE A CHRONIC DISEASE, AND HAVE HAD IT FOR TWENTY YEARS NOW. LET ALONE I DO WANT MY MEDICINE BACK. I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THIS PUBLIC. IM A GREAT ROLE MODEL FOR THIS MEDICINAL LAW. I LIVE IN CAPISTRANO BEACH, CALIFORNIA. WAS ARRESTED IN SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO BY SHERIFF AND CURRENTLY IN AND OUT SOUTH HARBOR COURT, OF LAGUNA BEACH. CALL ME ALSO I READ ABOUT A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO ARE SUEING CAUSE THEY HAD THEIR MEDICINE CONFISCATED, DO YOU HAVE ANY INFO ON THIS SO I CAN JUMP ABOARD.

well went to court again, still d.a. wants to prosecute me cause she doesnt believe in the law. by her words also at that time d.a. made a comment to the judge that i was on probation. my attorney jumped on it confronted me about it, im not so said no. attorney then askes the court to do my background, which they did and it showed that i wasnt on any probation. anyway i dont understand this d.a. from laguna beach court. shes a lyin wasteing time and money. the law is there. my rights are being violated, the stress is just ridiculus. im innocent still she wants to make me do comunity service, ive had a chronic disease for 20 years. because she dont believe in this law, whatever... how can they get away with this, do i need to go to trial, if i do, it costs more money. i could plead guilty and take community service, but im innocent i have a valid referral, and im not in the best shape physically or moneys. what
