Help! Can't post replies!

I am not allowed to post replies to posts, but I can start new threads. What is going on? I *just* posted a reply a few minutes ago to a thread using Quick Reply. Now, the QuickReply field is gone and I get the "Not Authorized" page when I try to use the Post Reply button. I am signed in, too.

What is wrong? Did the mods restrict me. If so, for what?

What can I do to get my thread-reply ability back?
