ok im thinking of goin hydrophonic with a basic pump water into plant tank over roots goes back down into nut tank and back in pump.....how many times a day do i do this and for how long?? d i need the pump on constantly? or for certain amounts of time each time!?!:confused: help

You have to give it a bit of time...the specific forums are made for a reason. your question relates specifically to Hydroponics... not the lounge.
Personally, i haven't grown hydro...so i can't really help you to much...
but i know that if you wait long enough you WILL get an answer here..
wat up chisme ....well first of all you need a resevoir ( size depends on ammount of plants ) the nutes. run through a 1/2" black hose . once the nutes. are "poured" into plants ,these drain down into a "return" resevoir. witch in turn pumps nutes. back to main rez. if u need a better pic of systen let me know i can post some pic's 4 u to see. :)
you should really start with dwc
much easier and cheaper.
the way you describe sounds like the medium will stay too wet
the best thing is just to set it up and start growing.
