No, its not bad, I have taken zoloft for years and even my doctor who prescribes them says its not bad. It just amplifies the feeling so it takes less weed to get high
I'd like to ask you more questions about this...are you ever on AIM?
I find that since I upped my dosage of zoloft the highs are a little less pleasant in effects. I just want to make sure that I will not damage myself or that there could not be a toxic reaction. I am seeing my psychiatrist (who prescribes me the antidepressants) later today and I will talk to him about this.
wannaskoke pot, your all fucked up man! zoloft, weed, antidepressants! that sucks :/
im sorry if the post above was mean. im fucked up right now. ITS 420!!!!
i used to have mild depression as a child, which i grew out of later on. Anyways it shouldn't be a problem as long as u moderate ur marijuana use.Quote:

I used to take (Xanax, zyprexa, zopliclone) and have been a million times better selfmedicating with weed. Will be off the Zoloft completly soon which is great b/c I've been taking antidepressants for 10 years, but I know I couldn't do it without weed...here's a couple of links explaining how weed can really help with depression, anxiety etc...

DEPRESSION & MENTAL ILLNESS:
Opponents of medical marijuana such as the CNOA have charged that
marijuana causes depression. In fact, marijuana is more often used to
treat depression; hence its notorious reputation as a euphoriant. Human
studies have been inconsistent. One study found that marijuana helped
relieve depression in cancer patients;55 another found no benefit for
clinical depression.56
A survey of 79 mental patients found that those who used marijuana
reported relief from depression, anxiety, insomnia, and physical
discomfort, as well as fewer hospitalizations;57 a second survey also found
fewer hospitalizations in schizophrenics who used marijuana.58 Some
psychiatrists are currently prescribing Marinol for depression.
There's heaps of information online, you can just google it if you're interested.
