Getting a script in CA

Not sure if I will get any responses....
But I live in CALI and I was wondering ways to get a script...
I know people to get me the doctors number and shit...
However... I dont have any medical records.. for well ANYTHING...
I do however have chipped elbows... that i never went to the doctor for or anything... and well A good imagination lol.
I have been in a car accident but never went to a therapist for it.. or even said I was injured...
anyone have any ideas?
maybe Xray my elbows?
even go to a chiropractor?
anything else? maybe even just what to say... with out any medical history..

Depression, Arthritis, stomach problems all work if you have those.

It's good for 6 months anyway then you don't need records until after that. Well with my Dr. anyway.
