Archangel Michael..gave me this gift, trust or not..there is a violet flame which he calls a healing energy to meditate with..for me personally I noticed it before he told me, it looked like a round dot with purple on the outside and eventually just turning completely purple..he says to picture this as a campfire with purple flames. step into the flames and surround yourself with this purple fire. It will slowly deteriorate your karma/ego when you do this type of meditation..his sole purpose is to destroy evil so I suggest you trust him..let the flames love you, surround you, peace will follow. Do not be frightened of other beings if you see them, it is natural to see spirits at a high vibration, they are always there.
