Hi guys! Just a general sort of question -
We grow in soil. Is it okay to use nutrients for Hydro setups? It doesn't feel quite right - how do you know what concentrations to use?
Plants are doing alright, but I wondered if they might do better in nutrients specifically for soil.
Thoughts on this would be welcome! :D
hello mate i use canna coco and coco nutrient .....however i found out a ahwile ago the nutrients the shop sold me r the hydrophonic setup ones and not for the complete pot-o-canna coco soil kinda setup i had but it NEVER doen my plants any harm but if u can get soil nutrients try its probably better.
also use the same amount as u would if it were goin in a hydrophonic feeder tank then pour into your soil. good luck
Most nutrients have a formula for dirt and one for hydro. Sure you can use Hydro nutrients in dirt I do.
If there are no special instructions available from them then just use the hydro mix for the age of the plants. Just make sure the Ph is adjusted for dirt and not hydro is all.
