Will a humidifier cause problems with the lamp bulb due to moisture in the air?
i never had issues with too low humidty so i never used a humdifier. i'm sure someone has some experience with it and will have an answer.
i could be wong but i don't think you need to add as much humidty as a humidifier could add. rh 50-60 for veg and 30-40 for flower would be acceptable
Use a Humidifier, man. Get the rh up to like 50%.
I GARUNTEE YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE!
As for affecting your lights, no way. You SHOULD have proper air exchange, which prevents that moisture buildup, especially since the lights are so hot anyway.
Again, check out any books by Jorge Cervantes or Ed Rosenthal.
Good luck, Dude!
Will get a humidifier sorted, I hadn't setup my extractor setup with filter so I did that last night but temp was still 32%c and 10% humidity this morning. Put a few bowls of water by the plants so the fan will hit it.
Thanks for the help.
Put a bowl of water in the room.
Weird, put 2 bowls of water getting blown by the fan, and put a wet towel in the growroom but my humidity will not raise above 10-20%......
