Almost passed out in the shower

So a few days ago I was taking a nice warm shower. I had been smoking a shitload, and I just use a pipe not a bong or anything so my lungs were feeling like crap. I wanted to kinda just sit there and let the steam in my lungs a bit, know what I mean?

So I was doing this where I would inhale as much as my lungs could hold right where the water came out of the nozzle where it is the most steamy. Iâ??d take in as much as I could and hold my breath for like 2-3 seconds then exhale. I wasnâ??t really holding my breath just not exhaling instantly, dunno I mean I donâ??t think I was bloking oxygen or anything. I mean I can hold in a hit for like 30+ seconds sometimes but 2-3 seconds of steam in the shower and I was about an inch away from passing out. I felt all light headed and my legs were all weak and I kinda grabbed onto the side of the shower.

Obviously I just wonâ??t do that anymore, but it was kinda weird that it happened like that and Iâ??m wondering If any of you have had something like that happen to you?

Not to me no, but then again, i have never felt the need to inhale steam.

Just dont do it again, you dont wanna fall over, hit your head and die :)

If your lungs are feeling sore from the smoking, just go into a warm room and breathe slowly and deeply...

Don't know about that but smoke less if your lungs feel like shit, or get a vaporizer or eat it yo.

Ah that sucks man yeah its obviously not enough oxygen but you gotta be careful taking a shower a female friend of mine fell in the shower recently and crushed her colar bone.

That's happened to me before in the shower, but I was sober. I think it's just because you're getting oxygen and the steam, and not just oxygen. I got real dizzy and felt like I was on the verge (what a strange word) of passing out.

hmmmmmmm, well i used to smoke and i used to inhale steam to help out my poor abused lungs, but i never tried holding it in, instead, i do have a vaporizer, and i can puff and puff and not stop and my lungs feel like brand new! check out the AroMed vaporizer, anything else is a waste of money, garranteed..!

He had too much oxygen...... everyone take 10 deep breaths and stand up qiuck.....

we used to do that for fun when i was a kid......

yeah that has happend to me befour but when i was in a hot bath stoned as fuck and the heat made me feel all lightheaded and unsteady on my feet when i got out
dont know what could of caused it i put it down to thge heat of the bath
