wanna quit smoking cigs

any sugestions? been away from weed for 2 months and cant smoke it for another 2 months, so i started smokin cigs again and its lame...again.
how did you quit?

Best suggestion I have is quit drinking and stay sober, then you wont have the urge to smoke cigs when your drunk, or better yet, come home yo and blaze a fatty. Then you won't care about nasty cigs.

i plan on not drinking as much when i get back in the states and definatley smoking weed will help. i want to do martial arts again so i hope that drive will keep me focused on somethign other thank smoking cigs. ima lil drunk rightn now and smoking a cig, but im in japan and can't smoke weed for 2 more months when i return home.

ill proly get nicorete or something and smoke american spirit lights to ease off the nicotine.

just DONT smoke them, is it that hard? i was smoking daily for a year and then i just asked myself what the hell are they good for? and i just quit cold turkey, it was hard but just take control

they were good for social occasions and something for the hands to do...but its not worth it, so i started smoking weed everyday

I wouldnt smoke cig's at all. I dont even want the fuckin' second hand smoke from cigs in my system.

I'm quitting too. I'm coughing up brown shit all the time, and I know that's not good. But it's so hard, because ever since I started smoking weed, right after I blazed a nice blunt a cigarette would come right after, and it felt so good. Probably the best a cigarette could feel. :)

For me, cigarette's have the WORST ADDICTIVE POWER than any other drug out there. It's really fucked up how addictive they are... I cannot believe something that addictive and harmful to your health is legal?? Why are most drugs illegal, because 9 times out of 10, they reep some type of harmful outcome(addiction, mental disorders, family problems, stealing, etc..) The list goes on and on, but you would think that if the country is so strict minded on the matter of drugs, then cigarettes would be illegal too... lol :cool:
