hi all just decided to start a thread on my latest grow
i have 2 ak48s and to white widows growing
here is a pic this is 3 days after sprouting and currently sitting under a 400watt cfl grow light
in weeks to come when they are a little more strong i will also switch on the 400watt hps :)
so they will have 800watts to bath under :)

there is abit of stretching there i would get that lamp a bit closer m8

yeah at only 3 days they are tall
looks like stretching, i argee with buster.....try to put it directly over the plants, they are stretching to the side bad.
what kind of light do you have? i stretched a few by not having the proper light too

iv grown about 4 times before using this methoed and produced nice plants :)

hi all another update just taken some pictures today after moving the smaller rockwool cubes into larget cubes because these seedlingas allready have a lovely little root system and had outgrown there smaller cubes :rasta:
i will be lowering the cfl a little more in a few mins but just wanted to get you all some pictures
