question about hydro nutrients

The nutrients I plan to use are Floralicous grow, Floralicious bloom, and Fox Farm Big Bloom. My question is how long after planting germinated seeds should I start to add the Floralicious grow to my nutrient solution. I am using a wick system that currently has plain RO water in the reservoir. The medium is just a perlite/vermiculite mix (no soil). Also when I get to my bloom stage will it be ok to add both the floralicious bloom and the foxfarm big bloom at the same time at their directed amounts or will this be to much nutrient. If ya can't tell im pretty new. Thanks.

It's full of beneficial microbes, earthworm castings, and bat guano.
It's mild nutient wise at .01 -.3 -.7, does not have a full complement of trace nutes, and is meant to use with FF Grow Big in early flower and Tiger Bloom in mid to late flower.
