Can i chop it?

i know there is more time to ripen but i am getting nervous about kids stealing my plant(outdoor grow). i only have one plant and it is budding like crazy and the surrounding leaves have a cloudy look to them. if i were to cut it now, would the thc be weak or does letting it ripped get the thc stronger? i am not to concerned about yeld as this is something i am playing with and the spoils of my fun will go to my friends and i may smoke one, just to try. i have been reading everything i can and i plan on curing and trying to make hash and if time allows my even try making oil.

how far is it into flowering?

You can do whatever you want i suppose...

But if I were you i wouldnt touch that girl for another month or two at least..She will get bigger and fill out with more flowers..Of course letting it grow longer increases THC levels. However, lettin it grow too long depletes THC levels pretty fast..So ya gotta catch it at just the right time..

I woudn't chop it either. Like the playbunny said, the buds will become full and dense. I would recommend that you let in grow until early october. Your plant might be done before then, depending the strain. Just watch it and I suggest that you wait until about 75% of the crystals on you bud turn an amber color. Also I read that harvesting in the early morning is the best because that's when THC levels are the highest.

someone stoled my plant last night between the hrs of 9 and 10 pm. they got into my back yard somehow and ripped at the plant and got about 80% of it. it still had 4 weeks to full grown, i am so upset. i have been reading and reading about the processes involved and some kid stole it. what makes me mad is the f`in kid probley cant even take it home to dry and cure it because there mommy and daddy will not aprove.
my daughter and i have some nice family pics around our lost family memeber. just goes to show you the kids nowaday have no respect for someone elses stuff.
