A statewide poll finds Nevadans oppose a ballot measure to legalize the possession of an ounce or less of marijuana.
The survey of 625 voters conducted for the Las Vegas Review-Journal found only about one in three favor the initiative backed by the Committee to Regulate and Control Marijuana.
Fifty-six percent say they oppose decriminalization.
The poll has a sampling error margin of 10 percent.

Only about one in three??? 56% with a sampling error of 10%??? Sounds pretty close no matter how they disquise the numbers. If the pro-marijuana people in Nevada turn out in force this could be easily passed!
