Florida Marijuana Law

I posted this in the Florida board, but it doesn't get much activity, so I'll post it here too. I was wondering what the punishment for minors is in Florida. I see a $1,000 fine, and a MMS (Mandatory Minimum Sentence), but it doesn't say whether there still is a one year MMS for minors. Does anyone know? Has anyone here been arrested?

i have ...there are no mandatory sentences as far as i know ...but they are pretty strict ..anything over 22 grams is a fuckin felony.
