i dont suggest that you do unless for some reason you wont be tending to your garden. I would suggest a soil that doesnt have any added or time release nutes. If you want to keep it cheap id go with any basic soil from a garden store and some peters 20-20-20 ferts. Its a decent start and ive gotten good harvests for how basic it is.
NO:o Dont use that your better off buying some nute free soil then adding the nutes yourself. You wont know what type of nutes there getting at the stages of growth, then if you do have to add nutes you might over fert them cause of the release nute thing. Dont do it, its not hard or expensive to add good nutes
I'd save it untill you transplant at least, seedlings dont need or want food...
ok well have a seed in that soil already well it really hurt the soil really hurt that much?
despite the widespread hatred for miracle grow on these forums i think my plants are doing just fine and thats what i use.

same here but i mixed 50%50 with non nute soil i have great results but will no longer use miracle grow i rather control them bye myself .with the nutes that i desire..
