doing a rescue operation for a sick crop ... Pythium Wilt virtually destroyed seedlings ... 99% dead and dying ... re-potted with new soil into sterilized pots, and patience ... these pics are 12 days apart, and the seedlings were much worse than the first pic, before they started healing ... never say die ... :smokin:
Sorry for the noobness.. but, what's "Pythium Wilt"?
Pythium Wilt is a fungus, also called "damping off" ... its from overwatering, and roots staying in wet soil ... I have always heard once you have it, give up, throw the plants away, ... but luckily, these pulled through ... they are absolutely healthy now, but are 50% of where they would have been ... they sat 'dead' for almost two weeks, before perking back up after the re-planting, etc ... :smokin:

Good job on saving those little ones, but man u better get some SuperThrive quick if you dont have already. That type of stress can lead to hermies
I already use Superthrive, and this strain is hard to force a hermie (Cinderella99/NL cross, and a hermie would be fine with me, I'm bringing one to seed) ... right now they are doing just great, they have really taken off in the last few days ... all five plants are showing female preflowers now ... (I always seem to have females, they must like me) ... :smokin:
