They then might use surveilance in order to gain entrance to your stash and bust you for growing/dealing ect. I am not sure about the laws around there.
I bet buying seeds in person with cash and smuggling them is safer. I still dont know about the laws though
dude paypal is the shittiest of the shit bag companies, they legally gain possesion of your money when it goes though them, they can hold your money indefinetly if they find your purchase suspicious and basically can do whatever they want with your money once you give it to them.
