i bought an extension lead today & it says on it when fully wound up do not exceed 750W & when fully unwound do not exceed just over 2000W. it also has a trip switch for when it gets too hot.
if i'm only running like 1000w from it will it ever trip the switch? cos it'll turn everything off!!!
