grilled beef kabobs with mushrooms, onions, peppers, potatoes and cherry tomatoes. They were pretty damn tasty.
Spaghetti and Meatballs, brocolli and garlic texas toast. It was good.
That does sound good. Anyone have any recipes for a marindade or dry rub for chicken that they like? We're having grilled chicken quarters tonight and I'm looking for a new flavor to add to it. I've done all the regular (italian, bbq, jamacian jerk etc..). I'm just looking for something new. I'm starting to feel like I've maxed out on just grilling with marinades and rubs. I really want to get into sauces. I know how to make a rue and a demi glace so that's a start. There are some good books out there I want to pick up, but a lot of the stuff I need to do in advance and freeze till time to use (like brothes and such).Quote:

I'm just trying to cut some weight for this summer and grilling and baking has allways been and easy way for me to do it. It's also much easier to plan meals for (which helps us keep form having to eat out). Get enough meat for everyone to eat and keep a stock of veggies that you can dress up. That's why I'm wanting to get into sauces. I can turn a pork chop into a plate of tasty in to time.
I ate vegan lasagna.. yummy!
