look at my plants: what light cycle?
ok so because its still cold here im forced to keep my plants inside and there growth is getting stunted because of the very few hours of sun it gets in the windows daily. i didnt realize i have the lights that can be used to grow in my own bathroom....my plants are reacting great to them. there streching and bending all towards the light. anyway im just not sure how long to keep them in the dark and how long under these flouros. i try to put them under the light as much as possible and then keep them in the dark at night. whats a good cycle of light at this point in there growth. the bigger ones are about 3 weeks old and the smaller ones about 1 or 2. heres the pics

One more thing.... You may have problems in thenear future with those clear cups...
Soil exposed to light mixed with moisture = bad news....
The containers need to be light resistant..
Some people.. including myself don't think ROOTS like LIGHT,..... but others disagree.... no reason to take the chance...

Yeah, 18 extreme light, 6 complete un-interuppted dark.
And stretch for the light is a VERY BAD THING!!!!!!
Make sure the plants arnt stretching anymore, or they will get stressed, and you may end up with hermies... and yeah ... deffo cover the mirrors... the plant will do alot better without them.
