so, i have 2 i pods, One old and one new. I want to transfer the ones from my old one to my new one, but it wont let me do it. When i connect it to my computer, both i pods show up in Itunes, and i try to drag and drop the songs, but it wont let me do it....i think its some security issue. Can some one help?

why are you hooking them both up just hook the new one up and it should automatically put the songs from your itunes library on it
oh , see thats the problem, i dont have the old songs from my old ipod on my computer. If i had the songs on my computer it would be simple.
so its pretty much like this, i have songs on my old ipod, that are not on my computer. Is there anyway to transfer them to my new ipod?

i dont know if you can do a ipod to ipod transfer you might have to download a program to take the songs off your old ipod on to the computer then put them on the new ipod

If you want, you can download something like fPod- it's a program that copies files from other ipods to put on yours. Or something like that. If you have a demonoid account you can get it quick.
