What the hell is this?

Okay, i got my tax rebate and i bought an ounce. It was super tight, like rock hard and at first when i looked at it I thought i got ripped off. Plus the weed looked real bunk, light green, no crystals and full of leaves.

But upon further inspection i found that every single bud had what was like outer layer of the stuff i mentioned above and in the middle a cache of hard, crytally crystally golden dope. Its all gone now and it was some pretty okay shit, felt like an even mix of a sativa and indica.

What the hell was this stuff? I've never seen or heard of bud like this.

maybe ask your dealer and report back dude would be interesting to find out
