What is a DugOut system?

I am not asking what a DugOut refers to in baseball.

I saw these things called DugOuts on grasscity and a local headshop. I dont know what it is what they do but I want one. I'd like to know what the fuck it is before I buy it. haha

its a little wooden thing longer than a pack of smokes, but not as wide. It has a wooden slide on top of it that when it comes off, reveals two chambers, one bigger than the other. The big one is for your weed. The little is for a small one hitter. They're nice, and they let you control your buzz, as you don't have to smoke a whole doober or a full pipe.
