Best way to smoke?

What is the overall most effective way to smoke on the go? The easiest in a pinch in my opinion is to just skin up (all you need is green and paper); but it is terribly inefficient. I am on a limited budget (funds diverted to things like lights, fans, nutes, seeds and such ;)), but I am tired of losing so much product in paper so I want to invest in something more economical. If I could find a nice [smaller] bong for a decent price, I might go that way; but there is hardly any portability there. I've also been looking at some hitters, but due to their size (or lack of), I would think they are hotter than hell (just a few inches from burning bud to mouthpiece). It also seems to me that stuffing stash in a dugout is kind of wasteful - isn't a significant portion lost inside the stash chamber? Anyway, what is the best way to go when looking for portability, cooling, and good hits? A bonus would be something I can afford to ditch (both finacially and psychologically) in the event LEO pays me a visit, but its not that important...

Sounds like your in need of a bubbler dude. Its pretty much a mini bong mixed with a pipe, verryyy portable. Its damn effective at cooling down, so youll be taking bigger hits and getting more bombed.

Probably have some problems letting it go if you need to though...

by a hitter, splurge and spend two or three dollars on one that looks like a cigarette, they are the perfect sixe for a hitter. if you are smoking good weed it shouldnt take more than three to get you high, and probably less than that. it takes about 1 second to pack. i have one and use it frequently it doesnt get too hot. if you are smoking and trying to save money hitters are the way to go. sure bongs/bubblers are more efficient, but they also use up a lot more weed and cost more and cant fit in your pocket. trust me a cigarette hitter sounds like just what you need. plus you have the whole discreetness thing with it, which i know doesnt mean much, but it cant hurt

if youre looking for something that is really small and cools smoke, as far as i know it doesnt exist. yes there are small bongs and bubblers but nothing that could comfortably fit in your pocket.

also, you should be able to clear the hitters in one nice big hit, so youll get absolutely all the smoke from it with none floating away, so you dont need to worry about wasting it.

I've got a wood pipe that folds up into three sections. Folding the middle section over the bowl puts it out and keeps it from burning when I am not actively hitting it. The bowl is bigger than most, so it lasts a few hours. I keep it in my pocket. When the time is right, I whip it out and fire it up. When done, it goes right back in my pocket. The thing cost about $20 and I have already tossed 2 of 'em in sticky situations. It works for me anyway.

Glass might be cheap, but it is hardly stealthy. Single hitters are too much trouble to pack all the time and the hits are too harsh. This wood pipe has a nice long stem and a brass bottom that cool the smoke enough to smooth it out a bit. It's not a bong, but can you keep a bong in your pocket?

i recomend a small bong or a bubbler! not all that portable and can cost you alittle bit but it will smoke great and last you forever if you dont break it! if you need portability, i would go get a glass spoon! glass spoons wont get as how as a metal pipe and will hit great!:D

Small portable bong is what I use. Works great for me.

I used to have a metal pipe with a cover that would eliminate all the smoke when used properly...it was perfect when I went to clubs,etc.
