Bench Warrant

Id greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me how to deal with a bench warrant without arrest(cant lose my job)

If i go in to serve the warrant do i get arrested??

Do i HAVE to post bail??

Can i get a bail bond for bench warrant bail???

It says if i dont take care of it immediately they will come arrest me at my home or work, this usually happen?

you need a local lawyer ASAP...a bench warrant means the cops will haul you off if/when they find you and you won't be let out at least until you go in front of the judge that issued the warrant. a lawyer can run interference for you and possibly work things out before the police catch up to you...so get offline now and get on the phone!

Anyone know if most bail bond places would accept an expensive subwoofer and amp for collateral for bail???

Thanks del, ya i know they bust you when they find you but ive had them before and went a month without anything happening but this time they sent me this warning thing with the amount for bail when last time it just said i had a warrant and gave me a court date to come in and serve it.....I hate pigs

I think the job and money thing is the last of your worries. Your freedom is greatly in question...

yeah true but after i gain that freedom back i will be homeless not too long after. Took me along time to find a job that would support me in my area.

I could give a fuck about going to jail, i just dont wanna lose my job over something as stupid as this.
