EMERGENCY!!! MIGHT HAVE HERME, GROW FUBAR?
Well, I've verified that it is a female, I've got some nice fat buds coming. But, it's been through hell, since I've been learning hydro. It's definitely been stressed. I have used Dutchmast Reverse to try and keep it completely female, but I fear that may not have been enough under the circumstances. A few days ago, I noticed a cluster of small buds, like 7 around one area on the main cola, each around 3-4 mm in size. Well, today I got worried when I noticed that elsewhere there was something with 5 sepals wide open and what looked like stamens hanging out from inside :-( Further investigation showed this in a couple other locations too. Unfortunately, my digicam doesn't take good closeup pics.
What are people's thoughts? It's only flowered for 2.5 weeks, so I can't imagine there'd be much potency, but I've got some other plants about ready to move from the nursery, maybe just harvest it anyway and start some new plants? I really don't wanna get seeds! Seeds are sooo lame.

Could you define those words.
If it is a hermie you can always pull off the male flowers.

But of course, if they already opened, then you're fucked, pollen has been introduced over the entire plant. Correct?
Which words would you like me to define?
And thanks Karmaxul for always being there :D

The wierd scientific ones.
You could shower the plant in the sink to wash off extra pollen if they burst already and should check it as often as possible as those things can open in as little as 12 hours if I remember correctly. The whole bud should not be all seedy if you stay on top of it and if its the only plant you have then might as well grow it out.

Hmmmm, the weird scientific ones? lol I'm assuming you mean sepal and stamen?
sepal - an individual leaf that is part of the outer floral leaves, usually greenish
stamen - The male reproductive organ of a flower, consisting of a pollen-bearing anther and a supporting filament
I haven't done anything rash yet, waiting to see what other people say too. I'll decide this evening, either way - whatever happens to the grow, it's not a huge deal to me, I figure there's always a cost to education! I'll get better at it over time.
