I just saw turtle's post and I wanted to know if a system like this http://www.dechydro.com/systems.html would be good for scrog method.

No not really that is a wick system wick system are not true hydroponic systems for SOG. Sure SOG is only a style of growing but the wick system is to slow for my taste.

No clue about that one dude. Why not just make one your self. There are a few threads where you can follow step by step instructions and build one.
