Fighting Back In The Drug War

Here's an idea I thought I'd throw out to anyone interested in fighting back in the drug war.

Buy a new bong, but don't smoke any weed out of it (so as not to get any resin on the bong). Also, buy some pipe tobacco or salvia or some other legal smoke. Now drive through your town decked out in pothead clothes. I'm thinking tie-dye pot leaf shirts and everything. Make sure you are 100% not stoned. Just cruise with your buddies smoking the stuff (if it's salvia or something make sure the driver doesn't get any!) Make sure any popo can see what you're up to. When they pull you over, let them search the car, search you, search everything. Claim that you are using perfectly legal products and that you have broken no laws.

If we get enough people doing this, maybe cops will get used to the idea of seeing people take bong rips in cars and won't pull us over. I doubt it, but who knows? I just think it would be funny to see some guy at a red light next to a cop car taking a big tobacco bong rip.

P.S. I am really high.

Lol..I'm so gunna go into the middle of the city and just blaze a few saliva's. This weekend.

I wonder if cops can say that smoking a bong in a car is a hazard in some way? I dunno it would be bending laws for sure but laws are bent alot...

That's the point. Nothing's going to change if we do everything they want us to do. We have to bend the rules sometimes, and even break them when necessary. Like now for instance, I'm going to break the law against smoking cannabis. *spark*

it may vary state to state, but I'm pretty sure that salvia can only be sold as incense. Smoking it would be prolly be considered illeagle. I beleive that's why so many head shops are wary of selling it.

Good idea. I think we have the right concept, its like overgrowing the government with bong toking. I think that in some states the bong itself may be illegal? I dont know, but one thing is for sure there should be a united, concentrated effort..

They would have a harder time justifying the bong ban in those states if tons of people in the rest of the country were using them for tobacco in public places!

Good idea, but I propose civil disobedience. All we need is a good speaker, a lot of pot, and a place to sit and smoke peacefully.

I think this is a pretty good idea actually. however, it shouldn't be salvia because they can still take you in for public intoxication (even if you're not intoxicated).
