I smoked once on july 19th and once on july 25th..and then I havent smoked since....I am going into the military.....I am bout 5"9 160 lbs...I work out three times a week at the gym ..and run four times a week I also jump rope maybe twice a week for a half an hour to sweat....Iall i drink is water..and eat alot of fruit...I am also on a 1000 calorie diet ....I need some answers If i smoked them two dayz and i havent smoked since last year I got my test on aug 31 do u think I will pass my test? I need some quick answers as soon as someone could thanx alot for your help? Gerald

WHAT KINDA TEST???

If you are doing a urine test then you probably have nothing to worry about if anything at all. You would probably be good anyways, but drinking water all the time and working out will flush you out well. If you work out all the time then your metabolism is prob high and you will excrete the cannaboids so fast. Only thing is stop working out around 2 days or so before the test to slow the fat burning metabolism down so if there is any trace it wont be being flushed out as quickly into the blood.

Thanx alot....Its just a urine test...and yes I work out three times a week run....Im pretty sure its out of my system....its gonna be 37 days whe n iget checked....
